电位滴定法测定菜籽油皂化值

皂化是指油中的甘油酯与强碱溶液相化合,生成甘油和高分子脂肪酸的钠盐或钾盐的化学反应,因此油品的皂化值实际上是表示油中有机酸性物质和酯类的总含量。皂化值的大小可以说明油的劣化程度,不纯的油脂皂化值低,皂化值与酸值差距越大,油品劣化后形成油泥沉淀物的倾向越大。测定皂化值可以评定油脂的纯度和对制皂工业提供计算加碱量的依据。本文用电位滴定的方法测得菜籽油的皂化值为 178.46mg/g,符合国标要求。

LED线材(金线)的强度测试

金线作为一个重要的原材料必须具备几个重要的特性,良好的机械性能和导电性能,合适的破坏力,选择正确的尺寸,表面清洁无污染无损伤。目前LED封装行业金线直径大多选择1.0MIL或者1.2MIL,纯度为99.99%。延伸率一般为2%~8%,断裂负荷一般要求:1.0MIL金丝大于10g,1.2MIL金丝大于16g。
