维生素 C 又称 L-抗坏血酸,具有很强的还原性,为抗体及胶原形成,组织修补,苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、叶酸的代谢,铁、碳水化合物的利用,脂肪、蛋白质的合成,维持免疫功能, 羟化与羟色胺,保持血管的完整,促进非血红素铁吸收等所必需,同时维生素 C 还具备有抗氧化,抗自由基的功效。但人类等少数动物却不能自身合成,必须通过食物、药物等摄取。

腺苷(Adenosine, AD)即腺嘌呤核苷,是机体RNA的代谢产物,属于生物小分子化合物,它是一种内源性核苷,能参与血管神经舒张活动,具有抗心律失常的功效。在中枢神经系统中,它对神经传递的调节及对抵抗缺血性与疾病性神经伤害等方面具有重要作用。2020年版《中国药典》中新增了腺苷及腺苷注射液,腺苷含量的测定依据电位滴定法(通则0701),冰醋酸作溶剂,用高氯酸标准滴定溶液滴定至终点。

本文结合质量通用型检测器-电雾式检测器(CAD)建立一种简单、快速的HPLC方法,对奥贝胆酸及有关物质的分离与检测进行了初步研究。通过优化梯度洗脱程序,可实现奥贝胆酸与多种有关物质的有效分离。在此方法下,多种不同批次的奥贝胆酸样品均得到了理想的检测结果。本方法检出效果好、灵敏度高、重复性好、线性范围宽广,对奥贝胆酸的质量控制研究具有一定指导意义。
