高效液相尺寸排阻色谱法测定注射用胸腺肽中α1的含量

采用TSKgel UP-SW2000超高效液相尺寸排阻色谱柱,使用乙腈-水-TFA:(体积比:40:60:0.07)流动相,在紫外检测波长214 nm条件下,对注射用胸腺肽中胸腺肽α1进行分离和测定。供试品的分析结果显示,分子量大于10000道尔顿的组分所占比例为2.38%,满足标准不得超过5%的要求。对应胸腺肽α1对应峰面积百分比为1.84%,满足标准规定不低于1%的要求。
