纳氏试剂比色法测定水质指标氨氮

氨氮(NH3-N),一般以游离氨(NH3)或铵盐(NH4+)形式存在于水中,两者的组成比取决于水的pH值和水温。当pH值偏高时,游离氨的比例较高。反之,则铵盐的比例高,水温则相反。当水中的氨氮转化为亚硝酸盐,而长期饮用会导致癌变情况,危害生命健康;同时水体中的氨氮含量过高,会对水体造成污染,导致鱼类等死亡,藻类大量繁殖形成水体富营养化。
