离子选择电极法测定橙汁饮料中钾、氯、氨根离子含量的研究

采用离子选择电极法测定了饮料中的K+、Cl-、NH4-(以氮计)离子含量,此方法检测范围为 K+:0-39000mg/L、Cl-:0-35500mg/L,NH4-:0-7000mg/L;实验结果表明:该结果具有很好的线性,通过回收率实验显示测试结果在误差范围内。离子选择性电极法测定橙汁饮料中的钾、氯离子、氨根离子含量操作简单、快速准确,在食品饮料分析中具有广阔的应用前景。
