Avio 200 ICP-OES 在食用油中氯丙醇含量过程控制中的应用

目前,测定棕榈油中Cl的常用方法是使用专氯化物分析仪,该分析仪通过滴定法进行间接测定。其通过复杂的氯化物还原然后联苯钠滴定,或通过氧化燃烧后进行微库仑滴定。该方法测定的准确度和重现性取决于是否可重复引入微升级别(μL)量的样品和滴定标准液;任何差异都会导致重现性和准确度较差。 本文对使用Avio200ICP-OES分析棕榈原油中的Cl进行了讨论。
