通微 2020 版新药典解决方案: HPLC-ELSD 检测酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂苷 A

酸枣仁为鼠李科植物酸枣的干燥成熟种子,具有养心安神的功效,是较为常用的镇静催眠中药。酸枣仁皂苷 A 为其镇静催眠的有效成分之一。酸枣仁皂苷 A 的含量测定可以有效监测酸枣仁质量。酸枣仁皂苷 A 为三萜皂苷类成分,紫外吸收弱,不宜采用 UV 检测,而采用质量型通用型检测器 ELSD 则可有效避免上述问题,实现酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂苷 A 的含量测定。

金银花中多种禁用农药及相关化学品残留的测定解决方案

本文参照2020版《中国药典》2341通则农药残留量测定法新增第五法《药材及饮片(植物类)中禁用农药多残留测定法》中的固相萃取法,使用乙腈对金银花试样进行均质提取,经盐析和离心后,GC-MS/MS组化合物采用GCB/NH2柱净化,LC-MS/MS组化合物采用HLB柱净化,后上机检测。

枸杞子中甜菜碱的检测

本方案适用于枸杞中甜菜碱的检测。枸杞子:本品为茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L.的干燥成熟果实。夏、秋二季果实呈红色时采收,热风烘干,除去果梗,或晾至皮皱后,晒干,除去果梗。2020 版《中国药典》一部 枸杞子【含量测定】项下甜菜碱的测定,将之前的薄层色谱法改为高效液相色谱法,前处理采用碱性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化。

基于仿生技术的制川乌炮制过程变化研究

本实验将电子鼻、电子舌仿生技术运用于制川乌炮制过程“气”“味”变化研究,将传统的“气”“味”信息进行了数字量化表征,并与制川乌炮制过程中内在有效成分变化进行了相关性分析,为中药炮制研究提供了一-种新的思路。
