枸杞子是 2020 版《中国药典》新修订的品种之一,15 版药典采用了薄层色谱法检测其中的甜菜碱,2020 版药典新增采用 HPLC-UV 法进行检测枸杞子中甜菜碱。本实验按照 2020 版中国药典的要求,采用 HPLC-UV 实现了枸杞子中甜菜碱的检测,可以满足枸杞子日常质控要求。

基于电子鼻、电子舌技术的白术药材等级鉴别研究

利用电子鼻、电子舌技术对不同等级白术药材进行鉴别研究。应用Loading分析法对电子鼻传感器区分样品的能力进行分析,应用主成分分析(PCA)、线性判别分析法(LDA)分析不同等级白术药材电子鼻信号值,单因素方差分析电子舌获取的甜味值。结果显示电子鼻LDA与PCA分析均可有效区分不同等级白术样品;电子舌能够客观测定不同等级白术药材“味“的变化参数,三个等级白术药材的甜味有差异。

本应用报告说明了利用快速溶剂萃取(ASE)和凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)进行草药产品中多农残分析的方法。所采用检测和定量系统为TSQ 8000 GC-MS/MS。 将200多种农残化合物的日常筛选方法应用到一系列不同 样品类型上,从普通 红茶或者鼠尾草,以及茴香种子和医学用途的药草,到香料用途的百里香和甘菊。采用Thermo Scientific TraceFinder定量软件包进行数据处理和报告。
